Solvent base epoxy primer for concrete surfaces.  Formulated to increases performance and adhesion of epoxy finishes and mortars as well as 100% solid polyurethanes.

Recommended  for protection against abrasion of metal surfaces, wood, concrete and others that also require inhibiting the attack of chemical agents. Its resistance to aromatic solvents is poor. Monolithic type finish.
