Testarosso SBS BFG S (Sanded) Base Sheet is a high-strength, puncture and fatigue resistant, SBS modified roofing membrane designed for waterproofing and reinforcement layer of a built-up or modified roofing system. Testarosso SBS Park and Park S (Sanded) has been formulated on a base of high quality asphalt modified with Styrene-Butadiene-Styrene (SBS). Recommended for heavy traffic concrete surfaces such as: parking lots, pedestrian crossings, bridges, on terraces significantly improves the performance of adhesives for stone finishes such as ceramic tiles, and slabs with sports courts reinforcing the adhesion of synthetic grass, among others.

Prefabricated waterproofing membrane coated with more than 60,000,000 aluminum flakes per roll, which effectively exceeds the percentage of solar reflectance compared to membranes coated with gravels in traditional colors. Its aluminum flakes provides a Solar Reflectance Index (IRS) of 87% which generates a reduction in air-conditioning costs while providing fresh and comfortable environments. Testarosso SBS FR SP Aluminum Flake (300 to 450 Mils) Prefabricated waterproofing polyester fire retardant cap sheet membrane. This unique cap sheet is unlike any other on the market today. Our premium roll is comprised of a spunbond polyester mat with SBS modified bitumen asphalt. Each roll is embedded with 60 million aluminum flakes which reduces by more than 50% the heat transmission generated by the sun’s ultraviolet and infrared rays towards the building’s interior. Testarosso Aluminum Flake® has an 87 Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) and is rated by the CRRC.
